According to German daily newspaper “Bild” attorney Heiko Lesch from Bonn based law firm Redeker filed a criminal complaint against the president of Dresden Court and other person believed to be responsible for not keeping the safety standards in order to avoid the killing of Marwa ElSherbiny. It is also said that the family will pursue civil action against those who failed to prevent her and her husband from  the stabbing.
