According to  al-Masry al-Youm  the family of slain pharmacist Marwa ElShirbiny plans to sue German authorities the Egyptian newspaper reported Friday.

The family, saying there was advanced warning of Alex W. planned attack, would charge those who are responsible failing to provide protection for the pregnant mother-of-one.
