Before the expert witness could be heard on the  Perm letter about the defendant’s schizophrenia  the defense asked to postpone the trial for 1 week. They argued more time is needed to be prepared for the hearing of the psychiatric expert. Public and private prosecutors ask for a dismisssal of this request. The court found  no reason to grant a delay the trial.  All medical facts were known  by the defense.  But a motion to  exclude  the public  was granted.
