Elwy Okaz, the husband of Marwa, gave his testimony in front of the court. He is an eyewitness of the murder attack against his wife Marwa and was himself seriously injured by the defendant. He describes the situation, when he left the court room together with his wife on the first of july. He and his wife feld extremly safe when they try to leave the court room; they -both - have not been  aware, that the defendant would take out a knife to murder Marwa and will try to kill himself.  Both have been totally innocently when entering and leaving the court room. He also declares, that the defendant cleary was motivated was by “a pronounced hatred of non-Europeans and Muslims”, because he told that Marwa – in his mind – should not live in germany as a muslim.
