Challenge of impartiality and sunglases
Alex W. tries to “play games” with the court: he came into the court room beeing covered with a black hood, sweatshirt and wearing sunglasses. He did not say a word though the presiding judge ordered him to uncover himself. He denied and was fined for contempt of court. He also denied to give his name and date of birth. A motion by the defense for challenging the impartiality of the court after the prosecutor read the indictment was brought out.
